Empezamos con la operación bikini, que luego nos pilla el toro. Te dejo una receta muy sencilla ligera y con todos los nutrientes que necesita tu cuerpo para estar sano.
Ingredientes
500 g de espinacas frescas.
4 huevos.
80 g de pasas.
80 g de piñones.
Sal.
Pasos a seguir para preparar las espinacas
1. Limpia y corta las espinacas. Añádelas a la bandeja y pon sal al gusto.
2. Cuece tapado durante 25 minutos a 200ºC.
3. Añade las pasas, los piñones y remueve.
4. Añade los huevos encima de las espinacas y pon a punto de sal.
5. Cuece nuevamente tapado durante 8 minutos a 200ºC. Comprueba que los huevos estén cocidos y ya lo puedes servir.
